The platform supports thousands of sellers and handles hundreds of thousands of customer transactions with a focus on scalability, flexibility, and merchant control. Papagan Creative Studio was engaged to handle all digital marketing and growth operations for Salefony's merchant ecosystem. This included managing Google Shopping campaigns to drive product discovery, executing Meta Ads strategies to build awareness among retailers and wholesalers, optimizing conversion funnels to improve merchant success metrics, and implementing SEO strategies to rank high for e-commerce and wholesale keywords. Our approach recognized that Salefony's success depended on merchant success—the more profitable Salefony merchants became, the more they would invest in the platform. Therefore, we created marketing materials demonstrating how merchants were increasing revenue and profitability using Salefony's tools.

How do you market a B2B2C platform where your primary customers are merchants, but the end-users are also important? How do you demonstrate ROI when merchant success depends on their own marketing and product quality?

We segmented our audience into merchants (primary decision-makers) and brands/retailers (who choose the platform based on merchant success). For merchants, we highlighted feature benefits and profitability metrics. For larger brands, we emphasized ecosystem reach and the ability to sell through multiple merchant partners. Our Google Shopping strategy prioritized high-intent, high-value merchant segments, while our Meta campaigns focused on brand awareness and ecosystem education.
